You will be responsible for the following:
Partner Acquisition and Management
- Identifies and cultivates relationships with various government institutions (i.e. Dept. of Migrant Workers, Commission of Filipinos Overseas, OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DTI), and businesses (ex. Jollibee, LBC, SMEs)
- Identifies and co-drafts acquisition and usage marketing opportunities with partners
- Conducts regular alignment meetings with partners to ensure projects are on-track and to remove barriers
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to deliver on the projects
Performance Management & Reporting
- Monitors and analyzes program performance; Identifies and tracks business metrics to assess impact of the initiatives
- Creates business plan and conducts periodic business reviews
