You will monitor the performance of assigned Business Assurance Management (BAM) processes to prevent and detect control weaknesses that could result in financial loss, regulatory issues, or reputational risk. You will analyze trends through key risk indicators, validate transactions, and ensure processes are working effectively. You will also support the implementation of new products, services, and systems to manage potential risks and provide assurance on operational effectiveness.
You will be responsible for the following:
Monitor operating and support units’ performance of assigned BAM processes.
Create and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify early warning signals or risks.
Validate/test transactions to ensure:
Integrity of reports used for recording and decision-making.
Compliance with established policies and procedures.
Critical BAM processes are functioning effectively.
Review assigned BAM processes for opportunities to improve operational efficiency and controls.
Participate in implementing new products, services, and systems, ensuring risk management and operational readiness.
Collaborate with operating units to ensure KRIs, risk processes, and revenue tracking are functioning as intended.
Provide inputs for process improvements and innovation.
Support ad-hoc activities, including data analysis, incident investigations, data validation, and dashboard creation.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
Experience in operations assurance, business assurance, or risk management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data validation and reporting.
Knowledge of BAM processes, risk indicators, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with financial systems, process controls, and audit practices is a plus.
