You will be responsible for the following:

Finance Strategy:

• Facilitate Finance Management Committee cadences, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.

• Lead strategic mandates from the CFO, including the development and execution of key initiatives.

• Manage and support ad hoc initiatives as required by the Finance Heads.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization.

Change Management:

• Lead stakeholder management efforts, ensuring all relevant parties are engaged and informed throughout the change process.

• Prepare and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives.

• Drive change adoption by providing training plans and support to Finance staff and other stakeholders.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
