You will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee GCash International's Global Partner's business and operations
• Expands GCash footprints of global and regional partners to facilitate remittances and cash-in via direct and aggregator models
• Handles overall partner servicing form integration to operation, enable delivery of KPIs and addressing escalation and resolution of partner issues and concerns
• Responsible on execution of joint business plan to enable delivery of agreed KPIs and GCash to be preferred destination wallet of overseas remittances
• Develops and maintains strong business relationships with partner's key decision makers by establishing regular engagement meetings and activities
• Champions tiered pricing model and has profit and loss across partners, including negotiation of contracts
• Ensures all partners are compliance and in line with GCash policies

We are looking for:

• With bachelor's degree in a field such as business administration, marketing, finance or a related discipline
• Experience in sales account management and team leadership
• Strong experience in business development and joint business planning, background in remittance / banking, preferably international work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• With experience in strong leadership and people management
