You will be responsible for the following:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
Lead product launch readiness for new payment innovations including market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback
Collaborate with key global partners to create new product innovations in the payments landscape.
Market Analysis and Business Casing:
Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in target international markets.
Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions.
Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of product initiatives.
Create business case including volume forecast, business model. Create high level p&l for new products ensuring positive unit economics
Business Readiness:
Lead product launch of new payment innovations from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and other enabling teams to define product requirements, develop user experience, and execute product launch plans.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization
Coordinate with other internal business units to ensure all dependencies are mapped, documented and resolved.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders including global partners.
Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.
We're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field;
5-7 years of experience in product or brand management; preferably handling consumer products
Work experience in business development preferred but not mandatory
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Foundational knowledge on business casing and p&l analysis
Able to establish good partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
