We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), promoting GCash for Business products, and managing distributor and aggregator operations. You will also be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SME onboarding, revenue, transaction value, and active product usage.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquiring SMEs:
Identify and target potential SME clients for GCash for Business products.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new SME customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients for long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Distributor & Aggregator Management:
Oversee the operations of distributors and aggregators to ensure effective promotion of GCash for Business products.
Provide guidance and support to help distributors and aggregators achieve SME-related KPIs.
Monitor distributor and aggregator performance, implementing strategies for improved efficiency.

Delivering KPIs:
Achieve and exceed KPIs for SME onboarding, revenue generation, transaction value, and product usage.
Regularly track and report performance metrics to senior management.
Implement strategies to continuously improve KPI performance.
