Product Strategy
Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Ad Solutions, aligned with group and enterprise direction
Leverages on macro/micro trends and data to drive product strategy
Responsible for overall product product portfolio governance
Product Design and Delivery
Works with the team to ensure the translation of product strategy into detailed requirements and business process flow
Oversees product readiness encompassing design, delivery, and commercialization
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with IT and engineering teams and internal support team (marketing, operation and billing) to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Through the product management team, drives product launches including working with sales and marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
Acts to deliver value often and incorporates an iterative approach in product development
Product Management
Lead a team of product managers in continuously ensuring day-to-day product stability, and usability
End to end business and P&L management
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Stakeholder Management
Creates buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on services and going to conferences to network and gain ideas
Responsible for internal, partners’ trainings during product launches
Manages other stakeholders and enablers and educates them on best practices and new ways of working
Creates operating and engagement strategies that would work best in a transformative environment
Drives technical teams and help solve problems and ensure the product delivers a positive business results and user experience
Can create a learning culture in digital product design, development, management and marketing to improve fluency in the conglomerate
People Management
Manages team and individual performance to ensure that the employees are carrying out their expected roles and responsibilities – considering the differences in culture, practices and preferences
Engages team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to the organizational values and purpose and motivate them to deliver superior performance in pursuit of organizational goals and objectives
Proactively drives thought leadership to assess/ review existing and potential skill requirements within the AdTech Team to ensure agility with respect to future/ emerging skills
Partners with HR teams to formulate external talent maps, identify key talent across peers/ tech organization to ensure robust succession (skills) planning from an internal and external point of view
Motivates and engages teams to deliver solutions to complex problems
Acts as a role model and works by GCash values and actively encourages others to do so; participates in purpose driven employee engagement to create a sense of belongingness and an exceptional GCash employee experience for teams
Coaches and mentors team to be able respond to any current or future challenges
Champions continuous improvement within the department
