Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct red team operations including penetration testing, social engineering, and physical security assessments.

• Emulate threat actor behavior to test the effectiveness of GCash’s detection and response capabilities.

• Collaborate with blue teams to refine defensive strategies and improve incident response processes.

• Document and report findings in a clear, technical, and executive-friendly manner.

• Stay up to date with emerging attack vectors, threat landscapes, and offensive security tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in red teaming, offensive security, or penetration testing.

• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary simulation tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Sliver, etc.).

• Familiarity with EDR evasion, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, Red Team Operator) are a plus.
