Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Leading and managing the service transition process for new and modified services, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
• Developing and maintaining service asset and configuration management policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the status of service assets and configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, record, and manage all service assets and configurations throughout their lifecycle.
• Conducting regular audits and reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of asset and configuration data.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service transition and service asset & configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL.
• Experience with service asset and configuration management tools and software.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or related disciplines are a plus.
