You will be responsible for the following:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas
Developing and Executing Growth-Focused Marketing Strategies:
Designing and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a focus on growing the user base and increasing the usage of the e-wallet.
Optimizing Conversion Rates:
Continuously analyzing and optimizing the user journey from awareness to activation, ensuring the highest possible conversion rates at each stage.
Implementing A/B testing and other experimental approaches to identify the most effective tactics for user acquisition and retention.
Budget Management:
Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensuring that spending aligns with the company’s financial goals.
Allocating funds strategically across different marketing channels and initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Leveraging data analytics tools to track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership:
Fostering a collaborative environment and guiding the team to achieve marketing objectives.
Working closely with product, marketing communications, customer experience and many other teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
Coordinating with sales to ensure marketing efforts are translating into tangible business results.

User Acquisition: Significantly grow user acquisition metrics like new registrations and active users through successful campaigns.
Engagement and Retention: Enhance metrics such as daily/monthly active users and reduce churn rates with effective retention strategies.
Conversion Rates: Optimize the conversion process and improve metrics through A/B testing.
Revenue Growth: Drive substantial revenue increase from transaction volumes, premium services, or other monetization strategies.
Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a robust, data-driven marketing strategy tailored to the user market.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities/threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
We are looking for:
Key Qualifications:
Experience and background, skills and competencies required
Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree as a minimum - advanced degree in marketing,
business management, communications desirable.
10+ plus years of senior Brand Marketing and commercial leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to run diverse teams and lead and influence partners across an organization
Track record of performance delivery and experience of creating and leading powerful content and integrated platforms.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills.
Experience in contract negotiation and talent, influencer, and partnership management
