The Product Manager will be tasked to take customer problems, strategic directions, and loosely defined ideas and convert them into actionable roadmaps, plans and tangible outputs. Driving these from ideation to execution, this role requires effective program management and close collaboration with cross-functional teams especially software development / technology, operations, and sales and business development.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Leading product development and continuous improvement with a focus on business growth, enablement, and customer value
Working closely with the software development and technology team to launch required product features, capabilities, and enhancements
Translating high-level strategic mandates or business challenges into structured product proposals, feature definitions, and executable plans
Defining clear product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with business and customer outcomes
Championing a test-and-learn mindset, validating product and commercial ideas through pilots, POCs, and iterative improvements
Overseeing execution of customer-facing projects and internal initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
Developing business cases, product briefs, and other documentation to support delivery, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment
Conducting market research, user discovery, and data analysis to identify customer needs, product gaps, and commercial opportunities
Recommending pricing strategies, advertising packages, and monetization models that balance revenue goals with customer value
Delivering regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership, recommending iterations or pivots as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, advertising, marketing, or related fields
Experience working with software development teams, and commercial or go-to-market work is a strong advantage
Exposure to media publishing, trade marketing, digital agency, or B2B solutions is a plus
