Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

STRATEGY, INTEGRATION & EXECUTION

  • Deliver strategic integrated media plans and executions – including conventional (TV, OOH), digital campaigns (display, video, search, mobile, social).

  • Collaborate with creatives, PR, social, and performance partners to create media strategies and tactical plans.

VENDOR RELATIONS & NEGOTIATIONS

  • Establish, maintain, grow relationships with media agencies, media platforms and other third party vendors

  • Ensure that GCash obtains competitive pricing advantage

  • Facilitate and execute Joint Business Plan discussions and secure value added services from key platforms and partners (Meta, Tiktok, Google, among others)


ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Ensure media partners are paid fully and on time

  • Ensure proper documentation for every campaign - fully signed CE, approved budget, PO Requests, and processing of accruals)

  • Creates and enforces processes and protocols to ensure media efficiencies, proper tracking

EFFECTIVE MEDIA CAMPAIGNS

  • Deliver strategic integrated media plans and executions – including conventional (TV, OOH), digital campaigns (display, video, search, mobile, social).

Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)

BEST IN CLASS INSIGHTS & MEDIA ANALYTICS

  • Deliver best in class insights & analytics for all media activities (bi-weekly, monthly, mid and post-campaign reports, media reviews)

  • Provide automated and consolidated view of campaign and business performance

  • Establishing measurement and performance cadences in
    the form of bi-weekly, monthly, mid and post-campaign
    reports, media reviews

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & INNOVATION

  • Deliver path-breaking media innovations

  • Help GCash organization to acquire knowledge within the media space, better understand differences across various markets and how to effectively use digital and conventional media

  • Keep GCash up to speed in terms of category dynamics, competitor investments, media trends and opportunities
