• Establish and maintain audit-ready processes and documentation to ensure smooth audits and minimize tax risks.
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of tax returns and filings, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Provide strategic tax advice on business initiatives, including international expansion projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, proactively assessing the impact of new or changing tax laws.
• Lead the development and implementation of a robust transfer pricing policy for the Group, including monitoring intercompany transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
