QROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Model Design & Translation

  • Develop industry-fit commercial models tailored to the unique workflows, challenges, and growth levers of MSMEs.

  • Localize and optimize existing enterprise models for MSME scale and simplicity.

  • Translate GCash products into bundled business solutions that deliver measurable value to merchants.

Solution Scalability & Tooling

  • Build and continuously refine sales enablement tools (pitch decks, ROI calculators, segment-specific playbooks).

  • Ensure tools are complete, accessible, and usable across the MSME sales force.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to align solutions with operational and regulatory requirements.

Effectiveness Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze model adoption and commercial impact (growth, conversion, efficiency).

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to refine models based on merchant feedback and sales performance.

  • Champion ongoing reengineering of models and tools based on sales data and segment evolution.

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES

Number of B2B Models Created for MSME Segment

→ Tracks volume of segment-specific, commercially packaged solutions developed.

Model Effectiveness (Impact-Based)

→ Measured through value delivered: growth in sales velocity, reduction in merchant onboarding effort, and business outcome improvement.

Selling Tool Completeness & Quality

→ Evaluation of the readiness, clarity, and comprehensiveness of selling toolkits (decks, narratives, guides, etc.).

Segment Translation Effectiveness

→ Effectiveness of model performance post-implementation in the MSME segment (e.g., merchant adoption, feedback, repeatability).

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVES)

  • 5+ years of experience in any of the following fields:

B2B solutioning,

business development, or product commercialization,

trade marketing, marketing, sales.

  • Experience working with MSMEs or selling to the MSME segment is highly preferred

  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to package products into viable business models

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret business data and iterate solutions
