OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)
As a GTM Lead, the position is expected to work closely with the Marketing Communications Team, Centers of Excellence, and Growth partners within the Marketing Group in the development of go-to-market plans.
Reviews campaign and communication briefs submitted by Growth Marketing Manager and/or Centers of Excellence to ensure the overall objective is aligned with the brand
Works closely with the Communications Strategy and Creative teams in the development of communication and creative strategy, with either the support of creative agencies or support of his/her Manager, depending on and tailor fit for the business need of the communication brief
Leads the development of all creative materials in different consumer touchpoints, with either the support of creative agencies or internal creative teams.
Ensures solid project management, expertise in creative and overall campaign development, and problem solving as needed to ensure a timely campaign launch is achieved
Prepares a consolidated Integrated Marketing Campaign deck with all of the executions, and schedules presentations to key approvers
Secures approval of senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of campaigns

Customer
Ensures relevant teams receive the communication briefs via a gameplanning meeting to kick start GTM development (ie. Creative and Media agencies (Digital and ATL), Social and PR, Internal Content Creatives, Direct Channels, and operations teams, etc.).
Close coordination with design team in the development and execution of IMC plans
Consolidates all directions, feedback, and approvals from the cross-functional team to ensure that all stakeholders have been consulted in the course of strategic and creative development
Financial
Help achieve target EMAU of specific use case / product
Optimize cost and maximize ROI for campaigns, special projects, and programs
Oversee budgets to ensure proper spending is in place
Process
Coordinates closely and helps guide and lead the production of creative materials for PR, Social, Content, and partners etc
Secures approval of senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of campaigns
People
Leads cross functional teams and ensure timely launch of IMC plans
