Overall Duties and Responsibilities

Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas):

  • Strategic Program Management: Develops and maintains a consolidated portfolio of strategic initiatives. Defines program plans, timelines, dependencies and milestones. Ensures initiatives are clearly linked to the strategic priorities of GXI COO and B2C. Implements PMO best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Drives alignment among stakeholders and workstreams to identify opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracks performance of initiatives vs KPIs, budgets and timelines. Maintains dashboards and execution plans that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

  • Strategic Planning: Able to set long-term business objectives and create actionable strategies. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Knowledge on Strategic Planning and Execution Frameworks: Familiarity with strategic frameworks and project management methodologies

  • Market and Customer-centricity: Possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry and the customer, including emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Financial and Analytical Acumen: Able to interpret financial data, assess ROI and make data driven decisions. Strong budget management and resource allocation skills.

  • Adaptability and Problem Solving: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactively identifies and creatively finds solutions to complex challenges.

  • Innovation: Fosters a culture of innovation, thinking behind-the-box to solve problems and capture opportunities.

Delivers (specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)

  • Quarterly and Annual Calendar/Roadmap

  • Program Plans: With detailed scope, initiatives, success metrics and timelines

  • Program Dashboards: Initiatives progress, risks, KPIs

  • Required Artifacts: Maintains minutes of the meetings, RACI, etc.

  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular competitive analysis and market trends reports. Identify emerging opportunities and risks in the fintech space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in fintech, e-wallets, or digital payments.
