Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the acquisition development process to meet business objectives.
Serve as the primary link between GCash and SSS Aggregators, Acquisitions, Billers, ensuring all sales KPIs and targets are met.
Act as a business consultant by offering advice on sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies.
Lead business review meetings with Aggregators, MSME mall merchants, schools, and billers.
Collaborate with the Head of SSS Aggregators and MSMEs to develop and secure agreement on business cycle plans and weekly KPI targets.
Train third-party agency sales personnel on skills needed to achieve business goals.
Report directly to the Head of MSMEs.

Industry Knowledge & Network: Understand customer needs, operations, ecosystem, and stay updated on industry trends.
Client Needs Understanding: Identify customer needs and relate them effectively to product offerings.
Performance Driven: Assert views constructively, take ownership, and drive issue resolution until results are achieved.
Deliverables:
Develop business development strategies for assigned industries.
Achieve KPIs and targets for self and team.
Oversee day-to-day account management operations.
Provide weekly reports on account pipeline, technical issues, account profiles, and account manager performance.
Deliver monthly performance reports including year-end analysis.
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years’ experience in Fintech or FMCG industry.
Understanding of P&L responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Willingness to perform heavy fieldwork.
Strong presentation, influencing, organizational, and communication skills.
Dynamic, passionate about excellence, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
Must have driving skills.
