1. Lead the development and integration of new data products (e.g. predictive models, customer segmentation, simulations) that support CRM objectives

2. Co-own the RecSys program, a large recommender system initiative co-led by CRM and Advanced Analytics)

3. Lead the automation of performance analytics (goal is to measure lift from every CRM campaign with minimal human effort)

4. Drive exploratory data analyses to generate/validate hypotheses about various customer phenomena
