> Responsible for evaluating current business practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs and make the best use of company resources. > Develops, monitors and elevates the performance of the group’s vital business systems and processes with ongoing process improvements > Initiates operational strategies taking into consideration the on-going needs, assessment, and feedback from B2B Operations and other Stakeholders

> Designs policies & action plans to resolve performance gaps, audit items, improve quality of work and increase operational efficiency

> Establishes and implements pilot programs as cleared by the Management (e.g. Offboarding, Post-Wallet Creation Ops, etc.)

> Reviews and analyzes reports and data to ensure quality, efficiency (SLAs), and productivity standards are met

> Persuade and influence key movers and decision-makers on planned activities & target outcome beneficial to the group

> Stakeholder management: addressing issues escalated, communicating any audit-related finding, etc.

> Provides feedback to company management on unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

> Facilitates group discussions, business reviews, business strategy changes, and any critical discussion related to the company

> Ensuring the team is compliant to all GCash policies and processes > Asserts point of view, owns and drives initiatives, including issue-resolution until desired results are achieved

> Actively seeks new ways of working and gain different perspectives to improve productivity

> Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management team from time to time

> Manages the supporting team comprised of organic and inorganic resources with oversight on the team’s performance and KPI, if applicable

> People management: ensures the team’s committed working hours are met, reports are sent on-time, etc.

> Regular vendor visits for actual audit and immersion, if applicable

> Conducts regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to the team, if applicable
