• Facilitate overall assessment of product roadmaps and identifying milestones that deliver value to the business together with the product owners and managers.

• Lead for mapping the initiatives/demands to program level aligning and coordinating with business team and product owners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Act as key liaison between groups, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of program level progress.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives on a program level view, track delivery progress and other metrics, and prepare regular updates and reports for senior leadership.
