Work closely with Product and Marketing team to understand their goals and support them with relevant CRM campaigns and solutions
Optimize CRM metrics and trends such and user activation, transaction frequency, transaction value, and customer profitability
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing for marketing communications and targeted promos
Implement and continually seek to improve CRM processes (e.g. scaling up campaign development and testing)
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancements of CRM capabilities
