Sales and Diversification:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to diversify GCash’s advertising revenue beyond gaming, targeting non-gaming industries. Build strong, tailored value propositions for clients in non-gaming sectors, including retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and finance. Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities through agencies and direct client partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to capitalize on opportunities in non-gaming verticals.
Agency and Media Sales Relationships:
Leverage deep relationships within the agency ecosystem to strengthen partnerships and drive adoption of GCash’s Ad Tech solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for media agencies, ensuring alignment on goals and mutual value creation. Collaborate with trading desks, planners, and buyers within agencies to position GCash as a top-tier advertising partner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with media sales leaders and decision-makers to maximize revenue potential.
Programmatic Advertising Growth:
Lead the expansion and adoption of programmatic advertising solutions among agencies and non-gaming clients. Partner with product teams to enhance programmatic capabilities and align them with market demands. Conduct training sessions and thought leadership initiatives to educate agencies and clients on programmatic advertising’s benefits. Stay ahead of industry advancements in programmatic technology and integrate best practices into sales strategies.
Portfolio Management:
Oversee the commercialization and scaling of Ad Tech and emerging products for non-gaming verticals. Align product development with feedback from agencies and clients to ensure competitive and relevant offerings. Develop go-to-market strategies that ensure maximum market penetration and adoption in non-gaming sectors.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish and track KPIs specific to non-gaming advertising growth, agency relationships, and programmatic adoption. Provide detailed performance reports to the BD Head, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Leverage analytics and client insights to optimize sales and advertising strategies.
