Contributes to quality management and process improvement by implementing systems and solutions for a business unit. Utilizing intermediate subject matter knowledge, it addresses common business issues, analyzes data, and provides limited project input. The role exercises independent judgment within established practices to determine appropriate actions, reviews audit results to identify trends and root causes, and develops recommendations for resolution. It also communicates findings to stakeholders and implements specified changes to products or processes to enhance quality and reduce risks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implements portions of system for quality management and continuous improvement of process or solutions for a business unit

  • Applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues

  • Act as an informed team member, providing analysis of information and limited project direction input

  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

  • Reviews audit and assessment results to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis, develop recommendations for resolution

  • Communicates data and process issue analysis to stakeholders. Implement specified changes to product or process to improve quality and minimize risks

Incident Management

  • Monitor incidents and assist in categorization and prioritization based on business impact

  • Help coordinate timely resolution by involving relevant teams

  • Assist in providing timely updates to stakeholders and customers
