About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Lead Services Deal Support Analyst to join our Sales team reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad location.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in improving Services Sales efficiency and deal execution by taking ownership of administrative and transactional activities that support low- and mid-value deals. You’ll do this by managing Salesforce record hygiene, preparing contracts using pre-approved templates, and ensuring smooth deal progression—allowing sellers to focus on high-value, strategic customer engagements. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Services Sales, Finance, and Legal. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in attention to detail, process management, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Do:
Intake and triage inbound services requests from Sales and Customer Success
Perform first-pass deal qualification for low-value services deals (typically <$15k)
Aggregate deal and account context using AI tools and internal systems to support seller preparation for strategic customer engagements
Create and update Opportunities and Quotes in Salesforce using pre-approved formats and pricing guardrails
Maintain strong Opportunity and Quote rigor, including field completeness and validation to support accurate Professional Services forecasting
Format, version, and route Statements of Work (SOWs) using standardized, pre-approved templates
Coordinate internal approval workflows across Finance, Legal, Services Delivery, and Sales
Manage contract signature delivery using approved contract templates and processes
Coordinate partner logistics, including introductions, document exchange, and handoff preparation
Prepare post-signature handoff materials to support a clean transition to delivery teams
This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting sales, services, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including Opportunities, Quotes, and required field hygiene
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with standardized templates and structured processes
Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests while meeting deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
Experience working in an offshore or global support model (India or Mexico time zones preferred)
Nice-to-have skills :
Prior exposure to Professional Services, consulting, or subscription-based services models
Experience with contract workflows, SOWs, or commercial approvals
Familiarity with AI-assisted research or context-gathering tools
Experience supporting partner-led or co-delivery engagements
Background in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations functions
Experience supporting U.S.-based Sales or Services teams
Role guardrails:
Agree to or negotiate pricing exceptions
Participate in pricing or contract negotiations
Lead or participate in customer strategy discussions
Create bespoke or custom SOWs outside approved templates
Carry quota or revenue targets
