About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Integration Analyst to join our G&A team reporting to the Associate Manager - IT Applications. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, India location.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in enabling seamless integration between enterprise systems by designing and maintaining workflows on the Workato platform. You will help automate business processes and ensure reliable data exchange across applications. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in integration development, automation, and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

  • The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations using the Workato integration platform.

  • This role plays a key part in enabling seamless data exchange between enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, and other business systems.

  • The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements, build scalable integration workflows (recipes), and ensure reliable automation of business processes.

  • The role also involves monitoring integration performance, troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing workflows, and implementing best practices for integration governance, security, and documentation.

  • As a senior member of the team, the analyst will provide technical guidance, support complex integration projects, and help drive the organization’s automation and digital transformation initiatives through efficient and reliable integrations.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience and a B.tech/B.E in Computer Science

  • Hands-on experience with Workato for building and managing integration recipes and automation workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and authentication methods for system integrations.

  • Experience in integration design, data mapping, and transformation across enterprise applications.

  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration skills to translate business needs into integration solutions.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or other SaaS platforms.

  • Knowledge of integration best practices and governance within iPaaS environments.

  • Familiarity with scripting or data transformation tools (JavaScript, JSON, XML).

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for large-scale integrations.

  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations in system integrations.
