Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Controllership, Tax, Legal, and FP&A to gather information and resolve queries.

Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and basic understanding of financial statements.
Basic understanding of Indian tax concepts (GST, TDS, corporate tax) through coursework or internships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have skills:
Internship or project experience in accounting, audit, or tax.
Exposure to Indian GAAP or Ind AS through coursework or practical training.
Working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or other ERP tools).
Familiarity with GST return preparation or basic tax compliance processes.
Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA.
Interest in process improvement and automation in finance operations.
