We are looking to hire a Sales Partner Manager, preferably with experience working with SAP as a partner manager and also experienced working with PE & VC companies would be an added bonus. This is a UK based role with some travel to Germany.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage Gainsight’s strategic partnership with SAP, developing joint business plans, campaigns, and sales plays.
Develop relationships within PE & VC ecosystems, positioning Gainsight as a value driver for their portfolios.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to support GTM alignment with partners.
Drive joint pipeline creation and influence revenue growth through partner engagement.
Be the voice of the partner internally—communicating feedback, opportunities, and risks.
Represent Gainsight at partner-related events and in-region engagements, including regular travel to Germany.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Partner Manager or Alliance Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Direct experience working with SAP as a technology or go-to-market partner is a big plus.
Familiarity or previous exposure to PE and VC firms is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, sales processes, and how to align partner efforts to accelerate growth.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with regional travel (primarily between the UK and Germany).
