Job Overview

As a Compliance Analyst with the Compliance Team, you’ll be an instrumental part of the Gainsight Compliance team that is responsible for managing the Information Security compliance framework in-line with the industry-leading standards & practices.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5 years of experience in the area of Information Security and Internal Audits

• Sound knowledge of Information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, ISO 22301 etc.), and regulations related to information security.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills Knowledge of security tools, techniques, and methodologies ISO Implementation and management experience.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

• Certifications: ISO 27001:2022 Certified Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA (desirable)

• Education: BE/BTech or equivalent

What You'll Do

• You would be primarily responsible to support all the compliance initiatives including internal audit, control analysis and external audits.

• Your efforts will ensure Gainsight as a company and its products are compliant with all required regulatory & statutory security expectations.

• Develop and maintain compliance programs by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that every initiative, development, and collaboration is complying with standards (internal and external)

• Conduct routine evaluation of policies and procedures implementation

• Lead the security awareness & training programs for Gainsight

• Collaborate with the compliance groups of other operating companies under the group to enhance the security maturity level of Gainsight

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for external audits & follow-up on the remediation for findings reported Support in achieving ISO 27001:2022, SOC2 Type II, ISO 22301:2019 and act as an intermediary with Internal Audit and internal teams to close current and future audit items
