About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior / Lead Analyst to support our GTM, Sales, and Marketing functions. In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders—including Sales Ops, Marketing, and Strategy—to shape strategic investment decisions, optimize ROI, and drive topline growth.

This role blends financial planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you exposure to high-impact business decisions at a fast-scaling SaaS company.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Senior Manager/Director FP&A and build the annual planning and forecasting process for GTM functions, including sales capacity planning, commissions modeling, and marketing spend analysis.

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales & Marketing leaders (based out of the US), delivering insights to influence resource allocation, campaign ROI, and performance tracking.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering ARR, bookings, pipeline coverage, CAC, GRR, and productivity metrics.

  • Provide proactive recommendations on quota design, resourcing, and territory alignment.

  • Prepare executive-ready reporting for business reviews and board preparations.

  • Partner with Accounting and Business Operations during close cycles to ensure accurate accruals and alignment with budget.

  • Build scalable, flexible financial models that support scenario planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Continuously improve forecasting processes and financial systems (e.g., Workday Adaptive).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategy, or Business Finance—SaaS/Tech experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of GTM metrics, including CAC, ARR, pipeline conversion, sales productivity, and marketing ROI.

  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build executive-facing presentations and financial models that support decision-making.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset.

  • The position requires 3-4 hours of overlap with morning PST time-zone to allow hand-off and review meetings with US partners

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Spiff and Adaptive Planning.

  • Background in supporting quota planning, comp design, or revenue operations.

  • Experience with headcount planning and scenario modeling.
