Job Description

The Team Lead - SDR will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer In this role, the Sales Development Manager is responsible for ensuring continued pipeline growth by working with Sales Development Representatives new accounts and developing relationships for sales evaluation. Being able to manage time properly, manage reps’ strengths and weaknesses, and sharpen reps’ sales skills. Some Business Development/Sales experience will allow the right candidate to hit the ground running in this professional/fun environment that is constantly innovating. We're looking for goal-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills who wish to make a long-term impact on our company

What You'll Do

  • Manage team of Sales Development Representatives and hit monthly/quarterly pipeline goals.

  • Maintain positive relationships with Account Executives

  • Hold weekly team meetings explaining business needs/updates

  • Hold 1:1 meetings with reps to discuss positives/negatives of their performance in order to improve sales skills.

  • Work with the Marketing team to help streamline/improve sales processes.

  • Maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.


What We're Looking For

  • Advanced or fluent in English Language (Writing, reading & speaking)

  • Prior experience managing a customer facing team

  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance, with high level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Solid experience in business development and opportunity qualification (often involving multiple key decision makers), call control, account development, and time management.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques and have problem identification and objection resolution skills.

  • Must use exceptional listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, with the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities, highly organized, able to work independently and adaptable to a diverse and demanding environment.

  • Experience adhering to KPI metrics aligned with successful outcomes

  • Must be efficient in Salesforce.com

  • Must be able to leverage social selling skills

Role is remote-based in Mexico. Candidates may be asked to meet in person with our team in Mexico City as a part of our hiring process.
