Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Strategy Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The Senior HRBP will serve as a strategic advisor on “all things people” as it relates to the entire teammate lifecycle. This includes providing tools, programs and services that enable remarkable team performance and unparalleled teammate engagement. This Senior HRBP will dig deep to understand the business, earn trust across key stakeholders and partners, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and drive people mechanisms with both accuracy and efficiency.

This individual will need to demonstrate flexible and effective communication skills, both high-level strategic thinking and operational planning ability, empathy, and inclusion.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with location leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. This includes workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.

  • Partner with the primary business partners to provide location related guidance and updates

  • Project manage the people strategy team initiatives to ensure completion on time

  • Partner with managers to ensure effective talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.

  • Leading and supporting organizational changes such as restructures, mergers, or culture shifts.

  • Provide guidance on communication, stakeholder engagement, and minimizing disruption during transitions.

  • Consult on employee relations issues, helping managers resolve conflicts, improve team dynamics, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

  • Leverage HR analytics to make informed decisions about talent strategies, productivity, and employee engagement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on people-related risks and opportunities.

  • Align HR initiatives with business outcomes, helping to navigate challenges and build a high-performing culture.

  • Facilitate in-person sessions with the executive team on key initiatives such as performance calibrations, headcount planning, organizational structure, and design.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of HR experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP

  • 2+ years of SaaS experience

  • Deep understanding of HR practices and employment law in India
