About The Role
Gainsight Global IT supports nearly 1000 users across the globe. We are looking for a smart, highly energetic System Administrator who will be responsible for managing Saas Operations for IT. . This position will be responsible for SaaS operations, automation, and implementing security tools. We are looking for a candidate with about 6 years of relevant IT experience, with excellent communication skills to support our Global IT teams and end-users.
What You’ll Do Here
Act as a solutions architect and strategist for SaaS applications and services.
Lead projects to audit and optimize the SaaS portfolio, focusing on security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and incorporate their feedback into strategic roadmaps
Streamline our Identify & Lifecycle Management by integrating our SaaS applications with our identity provider.
Rollout and manage MDM solution that allows us to automate and secure our devices.
Find opportunities to integrate, automate and help our teams deliver their wonderful work as efficiently as possible
Collaborate with our Security engineers to implement changes or mitigations that help in improving our security posture.
Proactively manage OS and security patching across all endpoints and servers, ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards
Provide end-user support as needed and create documentation to promote self-service and self-help solutions.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in Engineering (B.E or B Tech)
6+ years of relevant IT experience
Thorough knowledge on O365 /G-Suite & Azure.
Knowledge of Networking including, LAN, WAN & ISP and Video Conference solutions.
Hands-on enterprise experience and expertise with Identity & Access Management (Okta), Device Management (Jamf, Kandj)i or , SaaS Management Platforms , End User Computing Mac OS & Windows Platform and Service Desk tools
Proven ability to build and configure tools for automating identity management, employee lifecycle management, and role-based access
Strong experience with IT administration automation, particularly for complex onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Skilled in evaluating and recommending the best tools for employees' specific use cases through competitive analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of working in collaborative team environments.
