FloQast is looking for a part-time Workplace Coordinator to support the daily experience in our New York office. This person will handle the small, but important details that keep things running smoothly and make the office a great place to work. Our NYC office has about 25 to 35 employees, and we’re looking for someone who can be onsite several days a week to keep things on track.
*Please note this is a part time role, 20-30 hours per week, in-office.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and manage recurring office lunch and snack programs
  • Greet guests and customers and help make their visits smooth and welcoming
  • Coordinate office mail & deliveries and work with IT on equipment drop offs and pickups
  • Keep the office tidy, stocked, and running efficiently (including light cleanup when needed)
  • Plan and support small team events like birthday treats, happy hours, and seasonal celebrations
  • Be the go-to person for office questions, supply requests, and day to day logistics
  • Communicate with building staff, vendors, and the facilities team as needed
  • Support occasional admin or facilities-related tasks
  • Office supply ordering and inventory management
