Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Filevine’s brand and business objectives
- Platform Specialization: Define platform-specific growth tactics and content pillars for LinkedIn, Meta, X, and TikTok
- Market Insight: Monitor legal tech and Agentic AI trends to proactively pivot strategy based on competitive research
- Editorial Management: Own the content calendar and workflow, overseeing the process from initial ideation to final publishing
- Creative Collaboration: Brief and partner with designers and writers to ensure all social content meets brand standards and quality
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the internal "quarterback" to align marketing, product, and executive teams on messaging and priorities
- Community Engagement: Lead the community strategy to maintain a human, intelligent brand voice and manage sentiment across channels
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance metrics and run A/B tests to translate data into actionable insights and reporting dashboards

- Filevine has a clear, consistent social media strategy and content engine in motion. Social channels feel like a cohesive ecosystem, not disconnected posts
- Content is aligned to platform best practices and business goals (LinkedIn thought leadership + TikTok/Meta reach + X agility)
- Publishing cadence is stable and sustainable
- Collaboration across creative, brand, and stakeholders feels organized and easy
- Establish baseline metrics (followers, engagement, impressions) and define growth KPIs
- Reporting is consistent and the team can clearly see performance and improvement trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience managing social media strategy and operations for a B2B brand, SaaS brand, or high-growth company
- Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, and TikTok (can optimize by channel best practices)
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to shape content direction
- Experience owning a content calendar and managing workflows with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytic instincts and ability to interpret platform data
- Highly organized: can manage many moving pieces while keeping standards high. Able to pivot and work on short timelines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in legal tech, SaaS, marketing to professional services, or enterprise software
- Experience with creator/UGC programs, employee advocacy, and thought leadership programs
- Familiarity with paid social amplification strategy
- Comfortable directing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels)
Tools and Systems Experience:
- Social scheduling tools - (Sprout preferred)
- Project management - (Click-up preferred)
- Analytics + reporting: native insights + Looker Studio, etc.
