Founding Growth Marketer (B2B + PLG)

Full-time | Onsite | Reports to Founders

Introduction:

  • Fastino has raised almost $25M (as featured in TechCrunch) through our seed round and is backed by leading investors including Microsoft, Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Github CEO Thomas Dohmke, Docker CEO Scott Johnston, and others.
  • The Founding Growth Marketer will own the entire marketing engine from day one. You’ll drive strategy and execution across the funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to nurture and conversion. You’ll work directly with the founders, shaping our go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Top-of-Funnel Growth: Launch and scale multi-channel programs—across paid, organic, content, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Lead Nurture & Conversion: Design and optimize nurture flows (email, retargeting, in-product) to turn interest into action.
  • Social & Brand Presence: Own our voice on LinkedIn, X, podcasts, and more—sharing insights, updates, and customer stories to grow our reach.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with product, sales, and success teams to ship full campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Define funnel metrics, run experiments, and use data to improve performance at every stage.
  • Marketing Foundation: Be the future leader of our marketing team—this role grows into a department head as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of B2B growth marketing experience—ideally in hybrid sales-led + PLG environments
  • End-to-end funnel ownership—from awareness to activation
  • Strong grasp of paid, email, metrics, and A/B testing
  • Experience across teams and with external partners
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds from zero
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to technical users or AI/data-native tools
