ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for leading and optimising operational processes within B2B, wholesale and retail replenishment operations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • End-to-end operational ownership across B2B and Retail channels.
  • Manage 3PL relationships for B2B fulfilment and retail replenishment.
  • Lead capacity planning and workflow optimisation.
  • Drive readiness for new B2B partners and retail expansions.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Own operational budget.
  • Analyse operational data for improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Experience leading B2B operations and retail replenishment.
  • Experience developing and improving systems and processes.
  • In depth knowledge of wholesale fulfilment.
  • Experience partnering with 3PLs.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
