Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Autograph Operations Coordinator to support quality-control operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Autograph Operations and is responsible for ensuring that the autographs that make it into our products are of the highest caliber, inventoried & documented properly, and delivered on time for production. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and experience helping to lead teams. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality control for sticker and on-card autographs, with an emphasis on the highest value sets and white glove athletes.
- Provides guidance and support to all QC Associates, to include mentorship and training
- Effectively manages the validation of QC Sheet data captured by associates and data entry into Airtable/NCF
- Supports the secure storage and organization of high-value autographs in inventory room, to include properly shelving products in an efficient and logical manner
- Responsible for receipt of sticker and on-card autographs daily, to include unboxing and staging of products, data entry into Airtable/NCF, and secure transportation of products in cages from receipt area to quality control
- Conducts analysis of Subject Lists in Airtable/NCF to ensure correct quantities, parallels, and Card ID's exist for all subjects; capture discrepancies and communicate with Brand teams to address
- Conducts analysis on Maddox AI outputs to properly compile data on QC Sheets and address any discrepancies from automated QC
- Conducts pack outs for all on-card products, ensuring complete accuracy and on-time delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
- Proven ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and updates effectively
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time
- 1-2 years’ experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, required
