Overview

The Associate, Performance Creative supports the development of acquisition, engagement, and retention assets across Fanatics’ Casino and Sportsbook businesses as part of the GTM & Performance Creative team.

This role plays a key part in building high-quality, performance-driven creative across paid media, lifecycle, and partner channels. The Associate helps operationalize creative production by coordinating cross-functional inputs, supporting agency comms and execution, and ensuring creative assets move efficiently from briefing through launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end creative delivery across Casino and Sportsbook campaigns, assisting with workflows from briefing and asset development through review, QA/QC, approvals, and launch readiness
  • Aid in drafting creative briefs and handoff of required materials for agency execution, including brand toolkits, key visuals, approved imagery, copy, and gameplay or product assets
  • Support the GTM Performance team in maintaining clear alignment across stakeholders, balancing creative ambition with delivery timelines and production capacity.
  • Support the Senior Manager in managing creative briefing calendars
  • Partner with creative agency and production partners to coordinate asset development, feedback cycles, and production timelines
  • Help ensure campaign assets meet brand, channel, and compliance standards
  • Maintain organization and consistency across creative assets, including naming taxonomy and creative specs.
  • Partner with Media and Operations teams to ensure creative assets are launch-ready, properly trafficked, and live according to campaign timelines
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to interpret performance data, support structured creative testing, document results, and apply insights to future asset development.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, creative production, campaign execution, or agency environments
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, or product teams
  • Familiarity with creative development workflows, approvals processes, and campaign execution
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in creative production tools and project management systems (e.g., Airtable, Figma, Google Suite, Adobe CC, Canva, creative review platforms).
  • Familiarity with paid media creative formats across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or App Network channels is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics annual bonus program.

*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence.
