About the Internship
The Fanatics Collect Summer 2026 Growth Internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how growth teams drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. As a Growth Intern, you will work closely with Growth leaders and cross-functional partners to support initiatives that shape the future of the collector experience.
This internship is designed for students who are curious about growth strategy, analytics, experimentation, and consumer behavior, and who are excited to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention aligned to 2026 growth objectives
- Assist in building, launching, and analyzing growth experiments such as A/B tests, funnel optimizations, and channel pilots across web, mobile, and live commerce experiences
- Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, friction points, and trends across the collector lifecycle
- Help maintain and update growth dashboards, experiment readouts, and documentation
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform new growth opportunities and strategic priorities
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding flows, notifications, promotions, and reactivation efforts
- Contribute to special projects related to new product launches, partnerships, or marketplace expansions
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations and present findings to Growth leadership
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, economics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong interest in growth, product strategy, analytics, or consumer behavior
- Comfort working with data and metrics; experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools is a plus
- Structured problem-solving skills and a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.
