About the Internship
As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced engineers to help build, enhance, and support features across our product ecosystem. This internship is designed to provide hands-on, real-world engineering experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Contributing to production code by implementing well-scoped features, enhancements, or bug fixes.
- Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Writing clean, readable, and maintainable code with guidance and mentorship from the team.
- Participating in code reviews to learn best practices around quality, performance, and scalability.
- Assisting with testing, debugging, and documentation to support reliable software delivery.
- Learning how modern, large-scale consumer products are designed, built, and operated.
What You Bring
We’re looking for curious, motivated students who are excited to learn and grow as software engineers.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in 2026 or later.
- Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar). Experience with a functional language (Elixir, Erlang, Clojure, Haskell or similar) a real plus.
- Familiarity with core computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Interest in building user-facing or platform software at scale.
- Ability to work on-site full-time for the duration of the internship.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to web development frameworks or technologies (e.g., React, Ruby On Rails, Postgres, Django, etc…).
- Experience from coursework, personal projects, hackathons, or prior internships.
- Comfort learning new tools, languages, and systems with support from teammates.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.
