The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Fanatics Betting & Gaming sportsbook team, where Product and Design work hand-in-hand to craft best-in-class betting experiences. As one of the fastest-growing sportsbooks in the industry, we are investing in ambitious, customer-led innovation — and we’re looking for strong product leaders to help shape what comes next.

In this role, you will specifically own the Betslip and MyBets experience, two of the most critical moments in the customer journey. You will help own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how customers build bets, track bets, and engage with their betting history. You’ll work closely with trading, engineering, design, data, and operations teams to evolve these surfaces into reliable, intuitive, and emotionally engaging experiences that drive trust, usage, and loyalty.

You’ll be accountable for a high-impact portfolio of work with meaningful scope and complexity, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of the product and bring your ideas to life.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams — spanning UX, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial — to deeply understand customer behavior, define optimal user journeys, and deliver thoughtful, well-crafted product experiences that are grounded in rigorous research and real-world usage.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a Senior Product Manager, you will support the vision and direction for a high-impact area of the sportsbook, shaping experiences that drive customer value, engagement, and commercial growth.
  • You will support end-to-end product discovery, translating insights into clear requirements and guiding delivery of initiatives that support both customer needs and company priorities, while actively coordinating across dependent teams.
  • You will define clear success measures for your product area, continuously monitor performance, and ensure outcomes are transparently communicated.
  • You will serve as the primary product lead for initiatives that cut across many teams such as Data, CRM, Commercial, and Platform teams.
  • You will create, refine, and align stakeholders around a clear product roadmap, securing the necessary approvals along the way.
  • You will partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure seamless delivery and effective launch strategies.
  • You will balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring the roadmap delivers tangible business and customer impact.
  • You will work with analytics and engineering partners to define, improve, and maintain robust tracking that enables meaningful performance reporting.
  • You will own prioritization across multiple teams, making clear trade-offs and sequencing decisions in the face of competing demands.
  • You will build strong relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing, communicating plans, progress, and insights with clarity and confidence.

This work requires a strong data and technical mindset, balancing flexibility, performance, reliability, and governance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Around 6- plus years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of owning and shaping high-impact, customer-facing experiences in complex, data-rich consumer products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, bringing these perspectives together to deliver cohesive outcomes.
  • Clear, structured problem-solver who can break down complicated systems and translate them into practical strategies and priorities.
  • Confident and compelling communicator who can build alignment, influence decision-making, and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments where multiple teams and priorities must be coordinated to drive meaningful business impact.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $145,000 to $205,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
