Senior Technical Program Manager

We have established a Program Management discipline and function to provide leadership and governance to Fanatics Collectibles technology programs. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the team and assist in shaping our operating model and to lead and coordinate Asset Management and IT Service–related programs and projects within our technology book of work. The Technical Program Manager will create and maintain project plans, identify and track dependencies, define issue and risk mitigation plans, and manage project reporting, communications, and stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create project initiation documents and lead project kick-off meetings.
- Gather, document, and understand project drivers and business benefits.
- Lead intake and prioritization discussions and produce program roadmaps.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues and track to resolution.
- Independently define issue resolution and risk mitigation plans with the ability to work collaboratively with project team members and stakeholders on solutions.
- Independently identify dependencies with the ability to work collaboratively with project team members and stakeholders to confirm ownership.
- Create concise project and program status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Define and contribute to Project Management templates and processes for the Project Management team.
- Document current state business processes and systems diagrams to help drive requirements for future state.
- Assist with defining and implementing project management KPIs and dashboards.
- Define and execute project communication plans, ensuring all team members are aligned and aware of key milestones and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships between internal technology teams, distinct business units, end users, vendors, and partner organizations.
- Support programs that align with IT service management, asset management, and operational excellence practices, including adherence to established processes, controls, and standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technology Program Management experience focused on Asset Management and IT Services across a global company.
- Experience designing and delivering technology solutions for Jira Service Management, Jira/Confluence, and automation for Help Desk teams.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, including networks, Azure cloud environments, and end-user compute.
- An understanding of, and experience working with, ITIL processes or comparable IT service management frameworks (e.g., incident, problem, change, asset, and service request management).
- Experience working within compliance, governance, and standards-based environments, including the ability to support audits, documentation requirements, and operational controls.

- Strong familiarity with project management tools including JIRA, MS Project, and Visio.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to independently connect the dots to identify dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Flexible and comfortable with change, with the ability to quickly pivot based on the needs of the organization.
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Minimal travel may be required to support program delivery, stakeholder engagement, or key project milestones.
In NYC, the salary range for this position is $155,000- $193,750, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
