The Role
A UKG Time and Attendance Analyst (often focused on Dimensions/WFM) manages, configures, and optimizes the UKG Dimensions platform to ensure accurate time tracking, compliance with labor laws, and efficient payroll processing. Key responsibilities include designing pay rules, troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, and collaborating with HR/IT teams to enhance workforce management functionality.
What You’ll Do:
- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configuring pay rules, work rules, employee schedules, and leave/accrual policies within UKG Pro WFM.
- Time & Attendance Management: Overseeing daily timekeeping, tracking attendance exceptions (e.g., late arrivals, absences), and ensuring proper break adherence.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and creating ad hoc reports and metrics.
- Support & Training: Providing end-user support, including triaging Tier 1 HRIS tickets and interacting with field managers and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing existing timekeeping processes to improve efficiency, reduce payroll errors, and implement system upgrades or patches.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) or similar systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and Boomi integrations is often preferred. Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into functional, technical specifications.
Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The salary range for this position is $62,000 to 84,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
