Key Responsibilities

TA Operations Leadership

  • Own the global TA operations strategy, driving process excellence, compliance, and efficiency across regions.
  • Develop and document standardized workflows, policies, and best practices for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.
  • Partner with global HR operations to align TA practices with broader people processes (onboarding, mobility, etc.).
  • Define and scale a global hiring framework and training while maintaining nuanced assessment needs by domain, channel or market.

Technology Ownership

  • Facilitate the global strategy, governance, and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and integrated tools (CRM, scheduling, assessment, background checks) in partnership with internal HR Operations and Technology and external vendor partners.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage new TA technologies that enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and global scalability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with HRIS, IT, and vendor partners on system integrations, upgrades, and data flow.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and oversee TA reporting and dashboards, delivering insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, diversity hiring metrics, recruiter capacity, and other KPIs.
  • Provide executive-ready analytics and presentations to inform global workforce planning and TA strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of TA data globally.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Deliver training, tools, and resources that enable recruiters and coordinators to work efficiently.
  • Act as a change leader to drive adoption of new systems and processes across the global TA function.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with TA leadership, HR business partners, Finance, and business executives to align TA operations with organizational priorities.
  • Influence long-term TA planning through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Champion innovation in recruiting operations to keep Fanatics at the forefront of global hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting systems management, or related HR operations roles, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Proven success leading global TA technology and operations in a large, complex, multi-region organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Deep expertise with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar), plus strong understanding of recruiting tools (CRM, sourcing, scheduling, assessments, onboarding).
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, or embedded ATS reporting).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global process improvement initiatives, balancing scale, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

The Senior Manager and Head of Global TA Operations & Technology will lead all operational infrastructure and technology initiatives that enable the Talent Acquisition team to deliver at scale. This individual will be responsible for designing and optimizing hiring processes, managing the global recruiting technology ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, talent branding, candidate assessment architecture and building analytics and dashboards that provide strategic insights to business and TA leaders. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can operate globally, partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance, external vendors and ensure that TA systems, reporting, and processes align with both current and future business needs.
