What You'll Do:
- Execute campaign operations: trafficking assets, configuring ad tags, conducting QA across platforms (OTT, mobile, desktop).
- Coordinate insertion orders, asset collection, and creative kickoffs with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign delivery, analyze performance metrics, and apply optimization strategies to meet client KPIs.
- Provide clients with campaign delivery updates, performance reports, billing support, and technical assistance, ensuring responsive, high-touch service.
- Proactively identify scaling or upsell opportunities based on campaign performance and client goals.
- Troubleshoot technical delivery issues swiftly—particularly during post-launch windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Ad Ops, Product, Finance, Creative, and Analytics to ensure campaign success.
- Manage campaign timelines and communication flow, and contribute to post-campaign debriefs and insights generation.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations or account support.
- Familiarity with trafficking tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Innovid) and reporting platforms (Excel, PPT).
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programmatic setups (PMPs, DSP coordination, guaranteed deals).
- Knowledge of ad verification and measurement tools (e.g., Moat, IAS, Nielsen).
- Strong platform comprehension across OTT, CTV, mobile, and display formats.
- Previous exposure to complex or custom ad formats.
Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The salary range for this position is $82,000 to $100,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
