CRM Specialist

FBG is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to help shape, optimize, and advance our customer lifecycle strategy. Reporting into our Manager, CRM, you will play a key strategic role within the Marketing organization, partnering closely across teams to design impactful CRM programs that deepen customer engagement and drive retention across Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development of CRM lifecycle programs, helping define the communication strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging to activate, engage, and retain FBG customers.
- Translate lifecycle objectives into structured communication plans, ensuring campaigns ladder up to core retention and engagement goals.
- Partner with channel specialists and Marketing Ops to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, while focusing your time on strategic planning, optimization, and performance interpretation.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, synthesizing key insights, behavioral trends, and commercial outcomes to inform future lifecycle strategy and testing roadmaps.
- Assist in developing advanced customer journey frameworks and customer personas that guide segmentation, messaging, and personalized experiences.
- Create thorough campaign briefs that clearly articulate strategic goals, customer insights, requirements, and KPIs, ensuring cross-functional alignment with creative, product, loyalty, and operations partners.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to understand customer friction points and integrate those learnings into lifecycle improvements that reduce contact rates and enhance the customer experience.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, helping structure A/B tests and incremental experiments that unlock new tactics for long-term customer value growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends in personalization, retention, and sports gaming experiences to ensure FBG remains at the forefront of lifecycle innovation.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Prior experience supporting or influencing CRM or lifecycle marketing strategy across email, push, and/or in-app channels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations and present insights to leadership and partners.
- Ability to interpret data in real time and translate results into strategic actions and optimizations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Creative, and Operations.
- Passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products—bringing empathy and customer understanding to every lifecycle decision.
Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $70,000 to 83,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
