Director, Recruiting Operations

We’re looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations to own the playbook for how we hire: the tools, the data, the process, and the experience. Reporting to FBG’s VP of Talent Acquisition, this leader will be the architect of a modern, tech-forward recruiting system that fuels our ability to attract the best of the best—from engineers to marketers to game-changing operators.

  • Own our recruiting dashboards, funnel metrics, and predictive analytics.

Experience and Skills

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Ops, or People Ops; 5+ years leading at scale.
  
• Deep expertise in ATS/CRM systems, automation, and data visualization (think Greenhouse, Oracle, GEM, Tableau or similar).
  
• Experience scaling TA operations in high-growth or complex businesses.
  
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
  
• Strong communicator and influencer who can build alignment across tech, people, and business leaders.
  
• Passion for innovation, sports, and delivering best-in-class experiences.

Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
