Role Overview

The Seasonal-Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue, creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and maintaining retail standards through back-of-house operations. Seasonal-Retail Associates will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team. The Seasonal-Retail Associate will be expected to work a part-time flexible schedule, which can include days, nights, and weekends; may be asked to support store opening and store closing procedures based on management need/discretion.

This is a seasonal role; therefore, the scope of work will begin October 1, 2025, and conclude January 31, 2026. This position operates on a seasonally and league-based schedule, requiring flexibility to support variable game days, events, and operational needs throughout the season.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Greets customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
  • Makes recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers.
  • Helps execute a brand connection by ensuring customers enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
  • Maintains sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
  • Processes accurate sales transactions via the (POS) System.
  • Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and customer service to ensure the Mitchell & Ness, Fanatics Brands and Team/League are always positively represented.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.

What You Bring To The Team

  • High School graduate or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Availability to work a seasonal schedule that includes weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possesses a fun, professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates ability to build product knowledge of Inventory.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a member of a team in fast-paced environments, servicing a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness.
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
