Job Description

About the role!

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Integrated Campaign Planner Lead to join the Fanatics Sportsbook Brand team. This role serves as the quarterback for integrated campaigns – connecting strategy with execution and ensuring the brand shows up consistently and impactfully across all channels.

As the connective tissue between brand strategy, commercial strategy, creative, media, CRM, social, and product, you will translate vision into action – building campaign plans, managing milestones, and driving operational excellence to deliver against business goals.

Success in this role requires not only strong organizational discipline and attention to detail, but also the ability to be a confident voice in meetings, align cross-functional stakeholders, and work as a true team player.

Importantly, you’ll bring sharp awareness of the sporting calendar and translate tiered seasonal moments into integrated campaigns that drive impact.

The Role

  • Translate brand strategy into campaign game plans, turning vision and beats into actionable timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Quarterback cross-functional execution, ensuring creative, media, platform, CRM, social, product, and retail marketing deliver in sync.
  • Own campaign documentation and toolkits, creating clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive RAG status updates for headline meetings, providing leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and mitigations.
  • Manage campaign calendars and milestones, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and priorities are met.
  • Act as connective tissue across functions, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum between brand strategy, creative, media, and channel teams.
  • Report on campaign performance, tracking effectiveness against brand KPIs and business objectives.
  • Elevate operational excellence, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency across campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing or related creative field
  • Strong communication skills (storytelling, messaging, & brand guidelines copy)
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
  • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $150,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.
