Casino Operations Associate

• You will be responsible for multiple aspects of Casino Operations. Working with supporting teams across the business, including data, commercial, CS and others. You will support regulatory compliance and help enhance the customer experience.
• You will play an important role in the Casino team in maintaining the homepage layout to support placements and troubleshoot issues in conjunction with the promotions and commercial teams.
• You will coordinate with outside vendors to maintain a calendar of scheduled downtime and work with support teams to ensure proper messaging to players during those times.
• You will help drive analysis of casino lobby performance based on placements using existing reports to provide an overview of performance and to inform .
• You will communicate with outside vendors to ensure that reporting data is up to date and work with the data and engineering teams to ensure the accuracy of said data.

SKILLS and Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Driven and ambitious to learn and develop a career within iGaming
• Experience in Online Casino or retail casino preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
• Brings Innovative and creative ideas
• Ability to: Take initiatives, learn quickly
• Familiarity with backend content management systems is a plus.
